In the past Alaturka Records left it’s mark with “Girizgâh” and “Meydan” albums with in the music industry. Now the boutique record company is getting ready to release yet another magical album, “ CHILD”

Uğur Işık, the producer and the art director behind this special Alaturka Records project, tells in his own words; “ The children of  friends within the Alaturka Records family singing along to our albums and having fun with the songs gave us the idea of recording them and sharing their joy with other children. They sang those songs the way they remember them in their own childish accent. We did neither teach them nor did we correct them during or after the sessions.

3 years old Mira sang her song to her cat friend Mahdum, and the album starts with this recording. With it’s all innocence, sincerity, happiness, and natural state, the album takes us to a magical journey in those children’s colorful world and puts a big smile to our faces.
Wishing to never to loose that little child in ourselves….”

The third album of Alaturka Record “ CHILD”, is out in all music stores an digital platforms under Kalan Music label.
